Brazilian indie developer Wingeon set out to self-publish their free-to-play open-world fantasy RPG, Drakantos. With only a community manager on their small team, Wingeon needed help with every aspect of publishing and marketing to bring their ambitious game to life.

Bastion also provided crucial advice on timings, budgets, and managing the Steam platform to ensure a smooth and effective launch.
To build and engage a community, Bastion offered strategies for community-building and designed the ‘Coming Soon!’ Steam page. They handled all the metadata, links, and page design to fully leverage Steam's features and optimise for its algorithms.
